SD - Optic Cut Service

Services offered on the SD Model Slides for both the SD9 and SD40 standard models and VE (Gen 1 Versions ONLY) NOT OFFERED ON 2.0 Slides.

• Single Color Cerakote is required with this service and black is free

• When adding to the cart you will be asked what optic model are we cutting for and about rear iron sight placement. If we are relocating the rear iron sight, please make sure you select “yes” to the dovetail option before adding to the cart.

• This service includes the disassemble and reassembly of your slide.

• When adding an optic cut to your slide suppressor height sights will be required, regardless of model of optic being used. If you are looking for a co-witness setup.

• If you are using any of the following optics the optic and screws must be provided at the time of work (Holosun EPS/EPS Carry/Viper/Venom)

• All optics are cut to the rear of the slide removing the factory rear iron sight

** We will not install XS Sights. If you provide these, we will bag your factory sights and ship back the new sights. This will allow you to install them without removing the factory sights.

** If your slide has a loaded chamber indicator bar, our optic cut will cut into this channel. It will remove the roll pin that holds this into the slide. So a blank bar cannot be installed.

These are the recommended Iron sight if you would like to upgrade to suppressor height

• Front Sight - Ameriglo - SW-810-320

• Rear Sight - Ameriglo - GL-404

If we are cutting a rear glock style dovetail, the rear iron suppressor sight is required at the time of work. We don't charge anything to install the front or rear iron sights so please provide them and have us do the work for you.

• Orders that are only Optic Cut and Coloring are a 2-3 business day turn around time. Additional services added to an order will extend this time.
