No slide, Optic or iron sights are included with this service order. NCEngravers will not be responsible for sight damage during disassembly/reassembly. SAR sights are tight and often glued in from the factory with red Thread locker. Usually, they are damaged during the removal/reinstall process. If we damage the sight(s) they will be bagged and not reinstalled. We will not replace or reimburse for these damaged sights as this is a common problem during the removal/reinstall process. We recommend you provide new sights at the time of work.

This service is offered on your provided factory slide/barrel only.

This service is offered on the Sar 9 and 9x model slides. During the checkout process you can select your exact model.

• Single Color Slide Cerakote is required with this service and it is free.

• This service includes the disassemble and reassembly of your slide.

• During the disassembly process it is very typical for the front sight to be damaged. we would recommend replacing it with a glock front iron sight.

• We recommend you review current samples of the colors we provide. These will be the exact colors you can select during checkout. Those samples can be found here>>> COLOR SAMPLES <<<

• Current turnaround time for this service is 4-7 business days. Additional services such as other cutwork, specialty coatings, engravings, added parts coatings, and multiple orders will extend this turnaround time.

• Our style of porting on this weapon is the hive top (please review the pictured for an exact example)

• 124gr (9mm) FMJ ammo is an industry standard, and we do recommend using it. However, most other ammo should cycle with our style porting. Keep in mind the market offers a wider variety of ammo and we can’t guarantee all ammo will cycle with 100% reliability and this is due to specialty ammo, old ammo, reloaded ammo, other things that may change the reliability can be upgraded or non-OEM recoil springs as our porting is designed around the factory barrel and spring.

• Due to the nature of porting the hot gas is exiting the ports and will cause black powder on slide port window and in some cases may stick to the top of the slide. we recommend cleaning this from time to time as needed along with your regular cleaning/lube cycle.
